We’re looking for enthusiastic, personable, and reliable Weekend Viewing Guides to join our teams in Kings Langley, Boxmoor, Berkhamsted, and St Albans.

As the friendly face of our business, you’ll accompany prospective buyers on property viewings, showcase a variety of homes, answer questions, and help create a positive and memorable customer experience. You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, gaining valuable insight into the property industry while developing your customer service and communication skills.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has a professional approach, and is confident working independently.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits of each home
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive viewing experience
  • Answer client questions about properties, the local area, schools, transport links, and amenities
  • Ensure strong knowledge of all properties being shown
  • Collect and report feedback from applicants following viewings
  • Welcome and guide clients professionally throughout appointments
  • Ensure all viewings are conducted in line with health and safety requirements
  • Support the branch team with general administrative tasks where required

  • Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential
