As a key point of contact for potential buyers and tenants, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings on Saturdays, showcasing homes, answering questions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits of each home
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive viewing experience
  • Answer client questions about properties, the local area, schools, transport links, and amenities
  • Ensure strong knowledge of all properties being shown
  • Collect and report feedback from applicants following viewings
  • Welcome and guide clients professionally throughout appointments
  • Ensure all viewings are conducted in line with health and safety requirements
  • Support the branch team with general administrative tasks where required
