Join Our Team as a Branch Administrator!
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to support the operations of our Sales and Lettings branch. In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative and financial tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing excellent service to clients, vendors, and contractors. Key responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day operations, manage calls, emails, and client enquiries. Organise schedules, appointments, and ensure all documents are
    compliant with company and legal requirements.
  • Financial Administration: Process payments, invoices, and receipts, and assist in preparing client statements and reports. Maintain accurate financial records to support branch transactions.
  • Team Support: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring they have the resources they need for success. Assist in preparing contracts and organising promotional activities.
  • Office Organisation: Maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring the office environment is clean, organised, and conducive to productivity.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in estate agency software (Reapit or similar) is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive an professional approach to client interactions.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of property laws and industry regulations is an advantage but not essential.
