Veronica Condon

We are really pleased to welcome Veronica to the Castles team. With extensive experience in leading and developing business operations, largely in the financial services sector, Veronica has joined us to assist in developing our internal operations so that they can best support our expanding Castles family.

Our core objective is to aways create the very best client experience we can, it is therefore essential that we allow our staff to focus wholly on our clients and deliver on this primary objective. Veronica is passionate about designing processes to achieve the best outcomes and which also meet our regulatory obligations. With a career that includes over 25 years leading teams and developing others, Veronica equally finds supporting others to reach their potential and achieve their aspirations highly rewarding, and sponsors that a focused, enthusiastic team who reaches their potential is the key to delivering the best client experience.

Outside of her day-to-day duties Veronica values spending time with family and friends, is currently enjoying the process of learning to grow her own produce and more recently has started to learn British Sign Language.
