Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing property sales, ensuring smooth transactions from initial offer through to completion.
In his role within the Sales Progression Team, Iain oversees each stage of the transaction, liaising with clients, solicitors and surveyors to keep matters moving forward efficiently and resolve any issues that arise. His keen attention to detail and proactive approach help minimise delays and enhance the overall client experience.
