Andy’s focuses include identifying new opportunities, streamlining internal processes, and guiding the business to deliver consistent performance across the board. His commitment to operational excellence and innovation ensures Castles continues to evolve in a competitive and fast-moving industry.
Outside of work Andy balances his young family with his love for live sport and continues in his pursuit of completing the 92 club, visiting every football league group in the county.
