Weekend Viewing Guide (Radlett)
Are you looking for an exciting, customer facing role? We sell some of the area’s finest properties and we are seeking a reliable and personable Weekend Viewing Guide to assist our full time property professionals by conducting property viewings on Saturdays. As a key point of contact for potential buyers, you will be responsible for showcasing properties, answering queries, and providing a friendly and professional experience. You’ll ensure that all viewings run smoothly, offering valuable support to both clients and the branch team.
The ideal candidate:
- Customer-focused: A passion for customer service and providing a positive experience for clients
- Professional attitude: a polished, professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to adapt to different client needs
- Knowledge of the local area: including amenities, schools, transport links and community features
- Reliable and punctual and able to manage your time effectively
You will receive specific training, working alongside some of the very best talent in the industry, within a growing and caring business that is focused on achieving the absolute best results for our clients. You will be required to hold a full driving license and have use of a car.
Hours: Saturday, 9am – 5pm

Tasks:
- You will be expected to arrange your day, with the assistance of the branch manager, to undertake tasks that will help you meet your target requirements.
- You will need to be organised and methodical in your approach to hit your targets. These tasks include; responding to Rightmove and Zoopla enquiries, responding to calls and emails into the office, building your own client list of buyers, finding new seller opportunities, this may involve knocking on doors to retrieve owners details and build up a relationship with them, undertaking viewings, finding upsell opportunities to introduce financial and legal services.
- You, under the guidance of your team will be responsible for hitting you targets, you will need to be able to think outside the box to ensure that your target is met and you are contributing to the offices goals and objectives.
- You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service at all times, your commission will be linked to customer reviews.
Property Manager – Residential Lettings (Boxmoor)
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new challenge? We’re searching for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team and oversee & manage a portfolio of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of residential properties
- Maintaining strong landlord & tenant relationships
- Coordinating property maintenance & repairs
- Managing contractors & service providers
- Overseeing rent collection & property reports
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Handling renewals, terminations & deposit disputes
What We’re Looking For:
- Property management experience with a solid understanding of lettings procedures
- Experience of dealing with management issues, safety certificates, notices (Section 8’s & Section 21’s)
- Strong problem-solving & organisational skills
- A professional & customer-service-driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and great communication skills
- ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Driving license & own vehicle required
