Matt joins us with a wealth of experience with in the Estate Agency business. With over two decades of experience in estate agency, Matt has navigated every aspect of the industry, from frontline sales and lettings, to strategic property management. Starting with sales and listings, mastering negotiation and client relations before progressing to sales & lettings valuations, property inventories & check outs whilst ensuring precision in regular property assessments.

As Matt progressed within the industry, he turned his focus on nurturing talent & fostering success through coaching and management roles. Matt is particularly proud of spearheading the opening of a cold start office, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Outside of work, Matt finds fulfilment in hobbies like running (recently completed the MK half-marathon in 2hours 30mins) golfing, and online gaming, striking a balance between physical activity and digital pursuits. Family is at the core of his life, with a loving wife of 17 years, two daughters, and our cherished cockerpoo Leia.

Harry is a highly driven individual with a strong commitment to self-improvement. We are pleased to announce that he will be joining Castles as a Trainee Negotiator. In this role, Harry will start his journey in our client services department. His initial placement has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and enabled him to gain valuable insights into the various facets of our company. Harry is now based at our Kings Langley branch and is looking forward to working with the team there.

With many years of administration experience, Gema joined Castles Estate Agents in 2024, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a keen interest in the property market. Passionate about real estate, Gema has quickly become an asset to the team, known for her dedication and expertise.

Outside of work, Gema enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, who is currently attending university. Socialising with friends and taking leisurely walks with her beloved pug. Gema’s friendly demeanor and strong work ethic make her a cherished colleague and friend.

Louise has worked for Castles since 2014 working her way up to Group Operations Manager.

Louise is familiar with all aspects of our business and is always available to assist our team and clients in any way she can.

Iain has dedicated more than seven years to the estate agency industry, where he has held pivotal roles that include Sales Progression Manager and Branch Director. Throughout his tenure, Iain has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions from initial offer to completion.

In his role within the Sales Progression Team, Iain is responsible for overseeing the entire sales pipeline, liaising with clients, solicitors, and surveyors to expedite the process and resolve any issues that arose. His keen attention to detail and proactive approach significantly reduced delays and enhanced client satisfaction.

Rhys joined us in June 2023.  He will work alongside the Sales Liaison Manager to be fully trained in sales progression ensuring a smooth transaction from offer to exchange of contracts.

Krishan Khatri is a very experienced Mortgage Broker having worked within the finance industry since 2013.

Away from work Krishan and his wife are parents to 2 boys and can often be found playing football or exploring Whipsnade Zoo.

Camelia Tomuta is a multifaceted creative with a rich background in design and visual arts. As a skilled footwear designer and developer, Camelia has made her mark by showcasing her innovative 3D printed platform shoes at Paris Fashion Week and crafting unique designs for renowned fashion brands. Her expertise extends into interior design, where she successfully transformed the interiors of two private properties.
