Ronnie has a young family, twins born in 2015, so much of his spare time is spent caring for and entertaining his young family. Meet Adam Contreras, our dedicated Area Director who brings over two decades of invaluable experience in the local housing market. Adam embarked on his property journey back in 1997, starting his career with a reputable regional firm. Since then, he has consistently demonstrated his unwavering commitment to serving clients and helping them achieve their desired moves in a stress-free and enjoyable manner.

Adam’s passion for property is evident in his day-to-day interactions and his genuine desire to assist clients throughout their journey. Simon Stears

Simon started his career in estate agency in 2013 rising up the ranks quickly to become the Branch Manager for Boxmoor in 2016.  Outside of work, Simon is a devoted father to 2 children, a keen footballer and quite often a dare devil with his young son. It’s not uncommon for Simon to come to work on a Monday with a knee injury, scrape or bruise as he has tried to impress his young son at the skate park.  He forgets he is fast approaching 40!

Steve Preston

Steve Preston brings 18 years of estate agency expertise to the Castles team, with a track record of helping clients find their dream homes and guiding sellers through every step of the process. A family man at heart, Steve is passionate about putting clients first, which is what drew him to Castles. Our focus on delivering a personal, customer-first experience and their extensive branch network means he can offer even better support to his clients, no matter where they are in their property journey.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, which gives him a real understanding of the importance of finding the perfect home for families. He’s always ready with a friendly smile and expert advice, whether you’re buying, selling, or just looking for some guidance. Donnel Fernandes

Donnel joined Castles in 2021 and has made a great contribution to our offices, working his way through the ranks he is now a Senior Associate.

He is eager to learn with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our clients have the very best experience.

In 2023 Donnel transferred to our Boxmoor office and is looking forward to progressing his career further.

Luke Edwards

Luke joined Castles in June 2023.  Through our in-house training programme, he has gained all the skills needed to become a skilled property valuer. His consistent performance has earned him the prestigious title of “Negotiator of the Month” on multiple occasions, showcasing his exceptional negotiation skills and unwavering dedication to developing his skills.

Luke has recently closed his highest deal yet, securing a remarkable transaction valued at £1,765,000

Luke enjoys all kinds of sports, particularly football, finding joy and excitement in both playing and watching the game. Whether it’s kicking the ball around with friends on a local pitch or cheering on his favourite team Watford. Watching from the stands or in front of the television, he enjoys the exhilarating atmosphere and camaraderie that competitive sport brings.

Louise has worked for Castles since 2014 working her way up to Group Operations Manager.

Louise is familiar with all aspects of our business and is always available to assist our team and clients in any way she can.

Louise is driven to deliver exceptional customer service and is an ‘out of the box’ thinker, she will always do her best to ensure that we overcome any problems that emerge during the buying and selling process.

Carole Curran

Carole joined the team in October 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in a similar role. With her exceptional organisational skills and extensive administrative knowledge, she’s sure to keep everyone on their toes!

Carole is the go-to person for getting things done and is always happy to lend a hand whenever needed.

Away from the office, Carole loves to travel and, if she’s not exploring a new city and experiencing its culture and food, can be found on a sunbed reading the latest crime thriller.

Iain Harrison

Iain has dedicated more than seven years to the estate agency industry, where he has held pivotal roles that include Sales Progression Manager and Branch Director. Throughout his tenure, Iain has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions from initial offer to completion.

In his role within the Sales Progression Team, Iain is responsible for overseeing the entire sales pipeline, liaising with clients, solicitors, and surveyors to expedite the process and resolve any issues that arose. His keen attention to detail and proactive approach significantly reduced delays and enhanced client satisfaction.

Aaron joined the Castles team in 2016, previously working in the Chilterns for another estate agency.

Aaron’s flair for filming video tours and photography, bringing clients’ homes to life, has led to him taking on the exciting role of Head of Property Marketing in 2022.

Lindsey has worked for us since 2016.   Her exceptional admin skills and drive to deliver first class service to clients and colleagues sees her heading up our team of administrators since 2023.

Krishan Khatri

Krishan Khatri is a very experienced Mortgage Broker having worked within the finance industry since 2013.

Krishan arranged more than £75m of mortgages for clients in 2022 and is devoted to assisting his clients find the best mortgage and insurance products in the market.

Away from work Krishan and his wife are parents to 2 boys and can often be found playing football or exploring Whipsnade Zoo.

Camelia Tomuta is a multifaceted creative with a rich background in design and visual arts. As a skilled footwear designer and developer, Camelia has made her mark by showcasing her innovative 3D printed platform shoes at Paris Fashion Week and crafting unique designs for renowned fashion brands. Her expertise extends into interior design, where she successfully transformed the interiors of two private properties.
